Appointments need clear details
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until Lori's Clean Service confirms the date, time, service, and price.
Access matters. Please make sure the property is ready for the agreed work and tell us about pets, restricted areas, fragile items, construction dust, or other conditions that may affect the visit.
- Changes and cancellationsContact us as soon as plans change. Any applicable timing or cancellation terms will be provided with the booking confirmation.
- Scope of workRecurring, deep, move-in/move-out, office, and post-construction services may have different preparation needs and pricing.
- PaymentPayment arrangements and any charges are communicated before or during confirmation of the requested service.
What each side agrees to
Your responsibility
Provide safe access, accurate instructions, and prompt notice of hazards or changes at the property. Secure cash, valuables, and personal documents before the appointment.
Our responsibility
Lori's Clean Service will use reasonable care while providing the confirmed service. We may decline work that presents an unsafe condition, falls outside the agreed scope, or requires specialist treatment we do not offer.
Corrections
If a service concern arises, contact us promptly with the property address, appointment date, and a description of the issue so we can review it.
